Mary Stallings served as the first Executive Director of the Enid Community Foundation (now the Enid Community Foundation dba The Cherokee Strip Community Foundation) from 2001 – present. It has been her decades of service as a Trust Officer and Regional Banker that inspired her interest in serving the needs of philanthropic individuals and organizations.
Mary has extensive experience and involvement with foundation management, charitable organizations, board development, and the grant-making and the grant-receiving process. Using this experience she has served as a consultant to many nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, with a strong emphasis on board development, and policies and procedures establishment, she continues to assist these organizations through their development stages.
ADMINISTRATION & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Skye Weber is an Enid native that comes to us with accounting and administrative experience from the private sector. She has served several local companies as their Controller, overseeing all aspects of accounting, for the last 18 years.
She brings expertise in financial management, accounting, human resources, personnel development, and communications to the Cherokee Strip Community Foundation. She has also managed marketing campaigns and fundraisers for different organizations in the Enid area.
