Students graduating from Chisholm, Cimarron, Covington-Douglas, Drummond, Enid, Garber, Kremlin-Hillsdale, Pioneer, or Waukomis High Schools or adults going back to school
INTER-RACIAL WOMEN’S CLUB--MLK SCHOLARSHIP
Students graduating from Garfield County accredited high schools
JEFFERY D. SHEWEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Students graduating from Enid High School, Chisholm High School, or Oklahoma Bible Academy
